Top 5 Home Trends by DGR Interior Designs

Trends do come and go in home design but many of them you can continue to re-purpose once the trend changes. Right now there are some fun home trends happening. Go ahead have fun, be creative and don’t be afraid to try new things in different spaces. First up is the very whimsical teepee tents which are not just for the kids anymore. Think a serene reading nook perfect for rainy fall days or lazy weekends. The second home trend is chevron floors, just when you thought there could not be more chevron. The third is one of my favorites, beautiful round entry ways. Think 1920’s and craftsman homes. Remember the days when families had a formal living room that no one was allowed in except for entertaining? Well it’s back, a formal space for entertaining has quickly climbed back up on the home trends list.
